I wanted to give a few tips and tricks to cooking great eggs, and some especially for great duck eggs, here we go!

  1. Duck eggs need to cook lower and slower otherwise your eggs can end up rubbery.
  2. Salt & pepper, I know I know, this is a no brainer. But I’ve found that using less salt and pepper than I’m used to turns out for the better.
  3. I’m also known to experiment with my eggs, I’ve tried sprinkling dill weed on fried eggs or mixing dried mustard or ground ginger into my scrambled eggs.
  4. Don’t add water or milk to your eggs. This will make them runny.

It all comes down to preference. These are some of ours and wanted to share with you
