I wanted to give a few tips and tricks to cooking great eggs, and some especially for great duck eggs, here we go!
- Duck eggs need to cook lower and slower otherwise your eggs can end up rubbery.
- Salt & pepper, I know I know, this is a no brainer. But I’ve found that using less salt and pepper than I’m used to turns out for the better.
- I’m also known to experiment with my eggs, I’ve tried sprinkling dill weed on fried eggs or mixing dried mustard or ground ginger into my scrambled eggs.
- Don’t add water or milk to your eggs. This will make them runny.
It all comes down to preference. These are some of ours and wanted to share with you
